The only refunds honored are those that meet the following criteria:

• The book or audio CD's are returned, postmarked within 5 business days of delivery and are in good, re-sellable condition (no marks, rips, breaks, etc.)
• The full package is returned UNOPENED postmarked within 5 business days of delivery
• QuizSets, ExamSets, E-books and any other electronic products are NOT RETURNABLE

We offer no guarantees. We will help you pass your exam to the best of our abilities, and we constantly strive to improve our ability to help you pass your exam. But, we can’t guarantee that people will actually study, that their skill levels are high enough to pass a very difficult exam, that the test won’t start asking a bunch of bizarre questions no one anticipated, et cetera. So, if you need a money-back guarantee, we don’t offer one.

If we can't help you pass the first time, we'll try to help you pass the second time. Remember, they don’t shoot people for failing the Series 65 one or two times. Shooting is no longer allowed by the SEC or state regulators until a candidate fails the exam for a third and final time, and even then, the failee has the right to a jury trial before an execution date can be set. Please remember that while the Series 65 is an important test, it is not a life-or-death matter. Ever. It’s a very painful process, and we take it all very seriously. But we offer no guarantees.
